A totally fun, indulgent and tipsy show is “Cheers!” Eat, Drink and Be Fabulous. QTalk America re-launches it’s Food and Wine Show with a panel of casual foodies and winos who just want to share their love of good food and great wine! Joe Dugandzic, Claudine Wessel, Nathan Treanor and Meschelle Hornstein all bring different tastes, backgrounds, interests and knowledge ‘to the table’ for a culinarily diverse, and often times hilarious, talk show. Whether it’s a wine or restaurant review or perhaps taking some of the mystery out of the foods we eat on a daily basis, “Cheers!” will bring new and informative topics to each episode.

Cheers! #19: And this time, it’s beer!

Cheers! Eat, Drink and Be FabulousOn the day that it snowed in Phoenix, we’ve got another spicy episode to warm you up!  Nathan is off this month, so we’ve hijacked the beverage portion of the show with some beers brought to us by our special guest Chef Matt Smith from Federal Pizza.

Chef Matt Smith has been making pizza for 10+ years but now at Federal Pizza, he’s able to create truly amazing pizza that’s between a chef’s pizza and a baker’s pizza – with some great advice and help from an amazing baker in town: M.J. Coe.  Federal Pizza is located in Central Phoenix and is the hot new place to get amazing pizza, great beer…and they even have a drive-through window for food and beer to go!

Claudine reviews Searsucker in Scottsdale, a restaurant owned by celebrity Chef Brian Malarkey (Top Chef Season 3).  Joe updates the crew on his “Wine Quest 2013″ and reads off a fake menu item from Guy Fieri’s spoofed American Kitchen site, we dish the decent and the bad about our recent group dinner outing in Downtown Phoenix and we talk it up about some upcoming events, most notably, Devoured Phoenix.
