We’re joined by the first openly gay U.S. Senator in our nation’s history, SEN. TAMMY BALDWIN. The Wisconsin Democrat has long been a champion of equal rights, and gives us her take on Wednesday’s Prop 8 and DOMA decisions by the Supreme Court.

We’ll also speak with Sen. Baldwin about Wisconsin’s 2006 Referendum 1, the shift of equality acceptance in the House and Senate, and ENDA.

Northern California’s Sonoma County will soon be home to the nation’s first LGBT independent senior community. Fountaingrove Lodge is located in Santa Rosa, about an hour north of San Francisco, and a short drive to Guerneville, a gay vacation destination.
